How many days do I have to return an item before it is considered late?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but if something isn’t right, let us know and we will refund your purchase. You may return it with your original packing slip within 30 days and we will exchange the item or refund your full purchase price, We will gladly accept merchandise in the original packaging.
What is your shipping policy?
All orders received before 12:00pm EST Monday - Friday are processed within 3 to 4 business days after payment.
Orders shipped via Standard Shipping will be delivered within 7-10 business days after order processing (not including holidays) for the United States. Please allow up to 20 business days to deliver during holiday rush and large sales events, there may be a slight delay in processing time, but we will make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can.
